Return & Exchange

At Derma Clinics Official, we are committed to providing products of exceptional quality and ensuring our customers' satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. Please review the following points regarding our return and exchange policy:
1. Change of Mind: 
 - We do not provide exchanges solely based on a change of mind. 
- To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide satisfactory proof of purchase and a valid reason.
 - The product must be in resellable condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
 - The exchange request must be made within 7 days of placing the order. Note: DermaClinics Official reserves the right to deny exchanges for a change of mind.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products:
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product(s), you may be eligible for an exchange.
- Satisfactory proof of purchase and evidence of damages are required for the exchange.
- Please provide a photo to the DermaClinics Official team to support your claim.
- The exchange will be made with the same product(s) originally purchased.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to DermaClinics Official using a courier of their choice.
- Return shipping and handling charges will be the customer's responsibility. (Do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.)
3. Sale Items:
- Products purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
